St Michael’s Scramblers and Climbers have welcomed many new children to our two thriving groups. They normally meet for teaching during the 10am Morning Services (except the 1st Sunday in the month). We start in church with our families and move into our groups usually after the first hymn.

Scramblers (2 ½ to 4 years) meets in the Lounge

Lower Climbers (4 to 5 years) has temporarily amalgamated with Top Climbers (6 to 7 years). They meet upstairs in Room 4 and also use Room 5.

It is very encouraging that we have so many children. In order to support the leaders, we also have a parents' rota.

We work in teams, so that most leaders teach once each month. Occasionally different groups get together. Our activities include learning about God's love for us through both the Old and New Testaments, singing, games and craft.

We are very grateful for all the help given by all leaders, helpers and parents and for Bob Toan’s encouraging questions to the children on Communion Sundays.
